Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using the Logit mobile app and related web services.

Who provides Logit

Provider: Logit, currently operated under the registered business name Logit by the ABN holder for that business name.

Using the app

Logit helps adults reflect, plan routines, manage goals and habits, use focus sessions, receive reminders, connect through Circles, message or check in, and join Circle events.

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and the content you create or share. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Logit.

Not medical or emergency support

Logit is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapy service, crisis line, or emergency service. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or safety monitoring. Do not rely on Logit for urgent support. If you may be in danger or need immediate help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You must not use Logit to:

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or report activity when needed to protect users, the app, or legal obligations.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Logit permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app, provide features you use, apply visibility settings, maintain security, and support the service.

Review visibility settings before sharing journal entries, profile details, messages, tasks, media, event content, or other evidence. Content shared with other users may be copied or retained by those users outside Logit's control.

Paid features

Paid digital products and subscriptions are not currently enabled.

If paid features are added later, the applicable Apple or Google purchase flow, cancellation path, refund guidance, and renewal disclosures will be documented before launch.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account through Settings -> Data & account -> Delete account or the public account deletion page. Deletion may not remove records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, backup, or operational reasons.

Changes, availability, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including preview or phased-release features. We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every personal situation.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. For legal questions, contact logit@logit.social.
