Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of a Logit account and what to expect.

Deletion contact: use the in-app deletion flow when you can sign in, or email logit@logit.social if you cannot access the account.

Before you delete

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. If you only want a break, sign out instead. If the app offers export from the account center, export the available profile snapshot before requesting deletion.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Logit and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings -> Data & account -> Delete account.
  3. If you cannot access the app, email logit@logit.social from the email address associated with your account.
  4. Include your sign-in provider, account email address, and a clear statement that you want to delete your Logit account.

What is deleted

Deletion removes or disables account access and deletes or disassociates account-linked app data where no retention obligation applies. This can include profile information, journal content, goals, tasks, habits, reminders, messages or check-ins, social graph data, Circle event content, feature progress, notification tokens, sign-in links, and uploaded media references controlled by Logit.

Shared records owned by other users are preserved where needed, but references to the deleted account are removed where practical.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute-resolution, abuse-prevention, backup, or operational reasons. Backup and recovery windows can retain deleted data for up to 14 days, and restored backups must replay completed deletion requests before use. Support requests are retained for 12 months after closure unless legal or security obligations require longer retention.

Timing

We verify account ownership before processing a deletion request. In-app deletion begins immediately after confirmation. Support-assisted deletion is acknowledged within 1 business day and completed within 7 days after ownership is verified unless legal or security review requires a longer hold.

Paid features

Paid digital products and subscriptions are not currently enabled. If paid features are added later, account deletion and store-cancellation guidance will be documented before launch.
