Logit gives you a private place to write things down, notice what needs attention, and choose one small next step. When support would help, you can bring in people you trust.
There are no likes, public scores, follower counts, or endless feeds to perform for. Logit is private by default and built for meaning and follow-through, not attention.
Yes. Daily journals, mood notes, and reflections are private by default. Nothing is published unless you deliberately share selected content, and you always see the audience and purpose before it leaves your notebook.
No. Logit is for private reflection, gentle routines, and trusted support. It is not diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, emergency response, or crisis support. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis line now.
Logit Social is free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android. Start from the live login flow with Google or Apple. Logit is 18+ only; account age signals or profile setup confirm eligibility before you complete your profile.
Yes. Export and account deletion are part of the product and stay visible from Settings and the public legal pages, because sensitive data needs real controls.

Effective date: 28 July 2026 (Australia/Sydney).
This policy explains how Logit handles information when you use Logit Social from the App Store, the Logit mobile app, related web services, and The Life Rings Letter.
logit mobile app
Logit is a mobile and web app for private reflection, routines, goals, reminders, focus sessions, Circles, messages, check-ins, Circle events, and guided practice. Logit also publishes The Life Rings Letter, an optional editorial and marketing newsletter.
Provider: Logit, currently operated under the registered business name Logit by the ABN holder for that business name.
Privacy contact: logit@logit.social.
Mailing address: available through the privacy contact for verified legal or privacy requests.
Signed-in privacy controls: Privacy settings.
logit mobile app
We collect information needed to run the app and provide the features you choose to use. This can include:
The app does not import contacts or use background device location. A photo you choose may contain precise embedded coordinates. Exact photo coordinates default off for the saved journal event and are stored only if you explicitly enable the map-location choice during review.
logit mobile app
The Life Rings Letter is Logit's optional Tuesday-and-Friday editorial and marketing newsletter about balance, connection, tasks, goals and habits, reflection, learning, self-understanding, Logit features, research, and kind mental-health literacy. Newsletter content is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Visitors can opt in through the unchecked consent control in The Life Rings Letter signup. We send a single-use confirmation link and do not activate a new subscription or address change until the inbox owner confirms it. We store the information needed to manage that choice, personalize the letter by the selected primary interest, prove the consent record, prevent duplicate sends, and deliver the email.
Logit enrolls existing Logit account holders in The Life Rings Letter on the basis of an existing customer relationship where permitted by applicable law and reasonably expected from that relationship. Express signup is our preferred basis. You can opt out at any time, whether you joined through the signup form or already had a Logit account.
Every newsletter includes a visible link to the unsubscribe page using a unique opaque identifier, as well as a mail-client one-click unsubscribe option where supported. If the link is unavailable or incomplete, you can enter the email address that receives the newsletter on that page. The page gives the same privacy-safe confirmation whether or not a matching active subscription exists. Unsubscribing stops The Life Rings Letter; it does not delete your Logit account or change service, security, account, or in-app notification messages. A preview or test-email unsubscribe page does not change a subscription.
A previously unsubscribed reader can use the resubscribe page to request a new single-use confirmation email. The existing suppression remains in place until that reader confirms. Addresses suppressed because SendGrid reported a bounce, block, spam complaint, or provider unsubscribe cannot be silently restored through that public flow; contact logit@logit.social after resolving the mailbox problem.
After an unsubscribe completes, you may optionally choose an anonymous reason such as frequency, relevance, or taking a break. The response contains no email address, account identifier, subscription identifier, or free-text comment and is not linked back to your newsletter record.
The Life Rings Letter is sent by Logit Social from logit@logit.social, and replies go to the same address.
A newsletter-only contact may later create a Logit account with the same normalized email address. Logit links that contact to the account instead of creating a second marketing identity, and preserves any earlier unsubscribe.

We use information to:
logit mobile app
Google Calendar connection is optional. If you connect it, Logit asks Google for read-only Calendar event and calendar-list access so you can choose which calendars to show in Logit. The current integration reads calendar names you can access and selected event details for the planning window you open, including event title, calendar ID, start time, end time, all-day status, event status, and location. Logit does not import attendee lists or event descriptions for the current feature.
Imported Google Calendar events appear in Logit as read-only calendar blocks in today's plan beside goals, tasks, habits, and focus work. The main purpose is to help you remember what happened, choose the Life Wheel category and Life Ring the event supported, start a focus block if useful, and journal or reflect about the event inside Logit. Logit does not create, edit, delete, move, or invite people to Google Calendar events.
While connected, Logit stores the Google authorization needed to refresh the connection, selected calendar IDs, sync status, and a short-lived cache of imported event details. If you save a reflection, the Logit journal entry can store the event title, time, location, Google calendar/event IDs, chosen Life Wheel category, chosen Life Ring, minutes, mood, visibility choice, and your written reflection as Logit content.
Google Calendar data is used only to provide and maintain the calendar planning and journal workflows you choose, plus related security and reliability work. We do not sell Google Calendar data, use it for advertising, use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites, or use it to train generalized AI models.
Logit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
logit mobile app
Camera Roll Time Machine, camera capture, and multi-photo journal import run only after you choose the photos. Logit uploads them to a private, owner-scoped staging area, reads available file metadata to group likely events, and keeps every proposed title, date, place, template, artifact detail, and photo selection editable. Nothing becomes a journal event until you confirm it, and personal reflection starts blank.
For accounts entitled to photo-event analysis, Logit uses Google Vertex AI Gemini to inspect selected photos, available photo metadata, and optional written or transcribed context you approve. The result is an objective draft, not an interpretation of your feelings or a final record. Temporary import workspaces expire after 24 hours; unretained staging media is deleted, while photos and objective details you approve follow normal journal retention, export, and deletion controls. Logit does not use your submitted content to train generalized models.
You can cancel an import, remove or reorganize proposals, edit extracted ticket/menu/sign/race-bib/certificate/program details, and leave exact photo location off. If you enable exact location, the coordinates are derived from the selected photo files and stored with the approved private journal event for the map experience.
logit mobile app
Journal entries, messages, goals, routines, profile details, and social content can include sensitive personal information. You should only add content that you are comfortable storing in the app. Use privacy and visibility controls before sharing anything with other people.
Logit is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapist, crisis service, or emergency service. App content is for reflection, routines, and social support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
logit mobile app
Apple Health and Health Connect connections are optional. If you connect one, Logit asks for permission to read completed exercises and only the related categories you choose. Apple Watch workouts reach Logit through Apple Health on the paired iPhone. Health Connect can contain exercise originating from compatible apps and devices, and Logit keeps available origin information so the source remains understandable.
During the limited Apple Health TestFlight rollout, Logit sends Apple's signed app transaction proof, a StoreKit device-verification identifier, and the signed verification nonce, when StoreKit makes them available, only with signed-in provider discovery, connection, import, device-state, and sync requests. The server verifies the app, build, TestFlight environment, proof age, Apple signature, and Apple device-verification value. Viewing the provider list does not create an account-device binding. A connection, import, device-state, or sync change retains only an irreversible SHA-256 binding digest associated with your account so the same verified app-and-device binding cannot be used by a different Logit account. The raw proof, App Store transaction identifier, device-verification identifier, and nonce are processed in memory, are not stored as Journal or connected-health data, are not included in connected-health exports, and are not intentionally logged. Existing signed-in export, deletion, disconnect, and retention controls do not require this rollout proof.
Imported Exercise Events start private. Logit may store normalised exercise facts, provider/source identifiers needed to prevent duplicates, permission and consent records, import preferences, sync state, and the link between a provider record and your Exercise Event. Logit does not store a complete raw provider payload by default and does not write exercise changes back to Apple Health or Health Connect.
Heart-rate summaries are optional. GPS route import is not currently available and Logit does not store route payloads; any future route release will require separate consent and additional protections because routes can reveal sensitive places such as home or work. Imported health and fitness data is not sold, used for advertising or cross-app tracking, or used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or predict a medical condition.
Provider timing is not guaranteed. A new exercise may appear in the background, the next time Logit opens, or after you choose Sync now. A provider update refreshes provider-managed facts without overwriting your title, notes, reflection, tags, visibility, audience, or attachments.
logit mobile app
We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect Google user data and other sensitive information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or connected Google data has been exposed, contact logit@logit.social so we can investigate.
logit mobile app
We use service providers to operate the app, including hosting, authentication, analytics, performance monitoring, notifications, and support tooling.
Notification Service and SendGrid deliver The Life Rings Letter from logit@logit.social. They process the recipient email address, first name, rendered subject and body, unsubscribe links and headers, campaign and template identifiers, and bounded delivery or failure metadata needed to send and troubleshoot the letter. Signed SendGrid events for bounces, blocks, spam complaints, and provider unsubscribes create or update a suppression so Logit does not keep sending to that address. Operational dashboards use aggregate subscriber, consent, suppression, campaign, and delivery counts and do not expose subscriber email addresses. Open and click tracking are disabled for this newsletter.
For adult eligibility, supported sign-in providers may share age-range eligibility signals rather than exact date of birth. These signals are used for the 18+ gate and are not shown on public profile surfaces.
Google provides OAuth and Calendar APIs when you choose to connect Google Calendar. Logit uses those APIs only for the read-only calendar integration described in this policy.
Google Cloud provides private storage and Vertex AI Gemini for entitled photo-journal imports. Logit sends only the photos and optional context you choose for that import, applies tier, quota, timeout, and review controls, and does not authorize the provider to use submitted content for Logit's generalized model training.
Apple provides HealthKit and Android provides Health Connect when you choose connected exercise import. Samsung, Garmin, Fitbit, and other apps or devices may appear as an exercise origin through Health Connect. Logit does not offer direct Samsung Health or Garmin Connect access.
logit mobile app
Some app features are private by default, and some are designed for trusted social use. Content may become visible to other users when you choose a social, friend, selected-friend, event, profile, or public visibility setting. Review visibility choices before posting, messaging, joining events, or sharing task evidence.
We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect the app and users, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information, use advertising SDKs, or track users across other companies' apps and websites for launch.
Imported Google Calendar events are not shown to other Logit users unless you choose to include those details in Logit content that you share, such as a shared journal entry, message, Circle event, or support request.
Imported Exercise Events start private and are not shared automatically. If you later choose to share an Exercise Event, review its audience and remove any exercise, device, heart-rate, or route detail you do not want that audience to see.
logit mobile app
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect safety and security, and maintain backups or audit records.
You can request account deletion through Settings -> Data & account -> Delete account or through the public account deletion page. Account-linked data controlled by Logit is deleted through the full account deletion mechanism rather than partial anonymization. Shared records owned by other users may be preserved where needed, but references to the deleted account are removed where practical. Backup and recovery windows can retain deleted data for up to 14 days, and restored backups must replay completed deletion requests before use. Support requests are retained for 12 months after closure unless legal or security obligations require longer retention.
Newsletter subscription and account deletion are separate choices. We keep an active newsletter record while you remain subscribed. Pending verification links expire after 48 hours and are single-use. After you unsubscribe or a delivery provider suppresses an address, we retain the minimum consent, status, timestamp, event identifier, and suppression information needed to prove and honor that choice, prevent accidental resubscription, protect delivery quota and reputation, resolve delivery disputes, and meet legal or audit obligations. Anonymous unsubscribe-reason aggregates may be retained without subscriber identifiers. Deleting a Logit account removes the account link where applicable but does not replace newsletter opt-out; use the unsubscribe link or contact us if you want both choices applied.
Disconnecting Google Calendar clears Logit's stored Google authorization, selected calendars, and imported event cache so new Google Calendar events stop flowing into Logit. Journal entries or other Logit content you already saved from a calendar event remain in Logit until you edit or delete that content, or until account deletion removes account-linked Logit data.
Disconnecting a health service stops future imports and revokes local connection state. Exercise Events and your private notes remain in Logit. If a source workout is deleted, Logit marks the source as unavailable instead of silently deleting your event. You can separately remove imported provider records, and account deletion removes account-owned connected-health records subject to the backup and legally permitted retention limits above.
logit mobile app
You can ask for data access, correction, export, deletion, or privacy support by using signed-in settings where available or by emailing logit@logit.social. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, provider tokens, private journal entries, or message bodies by email unless support gives you a safer handoff.
logit mobile app
Logit is currently intended for adults 18 and older. The app may use provider-based age signals during signup. Do not use Logit if you are under 18.
logit mobile app
We may update this policy when the app, legal requirements, or operational practices change. Material updates will be posted on this page or communicated through the app where appropriate.
Terms
Read the terms that apply when you use Logit Social, The Life Rings Letter newsletter, private reflection, Circles, connected services, support, and public help pages.
logit mobile app
Effective date: 28 July 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Logit Social App Store app, the Logit mobile app, The Life Rings Letter newsletter and signup, web routes, public pages, support channels, account services, notifications, Circles, messages, journaling, routines, goals, habits, focus sessions, events, Learn content, packs, quests, templates, creator tools, integrations, media, exports, and any related feature, preview, beta, API, website, or service that Logit makes available and links to these Terms (together, the "Service"). Some features described in these Terms may be preview, phased-release, region-limited, disabled, or planned for a future release. These Terms cover them when they are available to you, but they do not mean every feature is available in the current app build or store listing.
By creating an account, signing in, using the Service, joining a Circle, sending a message, uploading content, starting a quest, enrolling in a pack, publishing creator content, or otherwise accessing Logit, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated below. If you do not agree, do not use Logit.

These Terms include and incorporate by reference:
If a future creator, business, API, enterprise, beta, or partner feature has additional written terms, those additional terms will apply to that feature. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific additional terms control for that feature.

Logit is private-journal first. It helps adults reflect, keep personal evidence, plan routines, manage goals, tasks, habits, focus sessions, reminders, notifications, Life Rings, trusted Circles, messages, events, check-ins, Learn guides, packs, quests, and related support loops.
Logit uses social features for trusted support, not public scores, follower pressure, likes, public streak pressure, shame loops, or crisis monitoring. Your private journal starts private. Sharing features should show who can see the content, why you are sharing it, and what follow-up you are inviting.

The Life Rings Letter is an optional editorial and marketing email currently planned for Tuesday and Friday. It may include Life Rings and life-area ideas, Logit feature education, research or industry learning, mental-health literacy, and links to Logit or third-party sources. Frequency, format, and topics may change.
Visitors can join through the explicit consent control in The Life Rings Letter signup. New public subscriptions and newsletter email-address changes require the inbox owner to use a time-limited, single-use confirmation link. Logit enrolls existing account email addresses for directly related newsletter communication only where permitted by applicable law and reasonably expected from the Logit relationship. Do not submit another person's email address, use the form without permission, or interfere with signup, confirmation, or unsubscribe controls.
The Life Rings Letter is sent by Logit Social from logit@logit.social, and replies go to that same address. You can stop it at any time through the unique unsubscribe link in each email, by entering the receiving email address on the unsubscribe page when the link is unavailable or incomplete, through a supported mail-client one-click option, or by emailing that address. Processing is designed to be immediate, but a message already queued may still arrive. Newsletter opt-out does not delete your Logit account and does not stop service, security, legal, account, or other non-marketing messages needed to operate Logit.
If you later choose to resubscribe, use the resubscribe page and confirm the single-use email. Logit does not silently override an unsubscribe. Delivery-provider suppressions caused by a bounce, block, spam complaint, or provider unsubscribe may require you to resolve the mailbox problem and contact Logit before mail can resume. Optional post-unsubscribe reason choices are anonymous and contain no free text or subscriber identifier.
Newsletter research, mental-health literacy, exercises, prompts, and linked material are general information only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or a promise of a particular outcome. Third-party sources and links have their own terms and privacy practices.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method and account recovery methods secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity on your account unless the activity results from Logit's failure to use reasonable care.

Logit is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapist, crisis line, emergency service, safety-monitoring service, diagnosis tool, treatment plan, cure, prevention tool, or substitute for professional advice.
Content in Logit, including journals, prompts, routines, insights, quest steps, pack templates, accountability loops, reminders, notifications, AI-assisted drafts, and community replies, is for reflection, organization, learning, and support coordination. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, home-safety, vehicle-safety, nutrition, fitness, parenting, caregiving, or other professional advice.
If you connect Apple Health, Health Connect, or another supported exercise provider, imported exercise facts are a personal record and may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated at the source, or changed by the provider. Logit does not verify medical accuracy and must not be used for clinical monitoring, emergency decisions, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or prediction.
If you may be in danger, may harm yourself or someone else, or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Do not rely on Logit, a Circle, a friend, a notification, a reminder, or a supporter for emergency response.

"User Content" means anything you create, upload, send, submit, import, save, publish, display, share, tag, comment on, or otherwise make available through Logit. This includes journal entries, reflections, notes, Life Wheel content, check-ins, goals, tasks, habits, routines, focus evidence, messages, Circle content, feed posts, events, comments, quest journals, pack drafts, templates, creator content, profile details, names, images, media, attachments, reports, appeals, support submissions, feedback, and imported or connected-service context.
You keep ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it to Logit and to share it with the audience you choose.
By providing User Content, you grant Logit, its service providers, and users who are allowed to see the content a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, format, adapt, translate, analyze, moderate, secure, back up, export, and otherwise use that User Content as needed to operate, maintain, protect, support, improve, and provide the Service and the features you choose. This license is limited by your visibility settings, the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and these Terms.
For private journal content, Logit uses this license to provide private storage, retrieval, insights, exports, security, deletion, and features you request. Private content does not become public unless you choose a sharing or visibility setting that makes it visible to others.
For shared content, messages, Circles, events, feed posts, quest community content, or creator content, other users may view, save, screenshot, quote, or otherwise retain what they are allowed to see. Logit cannot control what other users do outside the Service.
logit mobile app
Before sharing User Content, check the audience, purpose, visibility, and follow-up. Sharing can include direct messages, friend-specific visibility, Circle visibility, event visibility, profile visibility, feed visibility, quest community visibility, creator-public visibility, support submissions, reports, exports, or future public/unlisted catalog options.
Do not pressure anyone to share private content, disclose wellbeing details, join a Circle, provide evidence, stay in a support loop, keep a habit contract, or continue a quest or pack after they set a boundary.
If Logit offers preview screens, audience chips, visibility labels, share sheets, export tools, or confirmation prompts, you are responsible for reviewing them before posting or sending content.
logit mobile app
Logit has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may filter, reject, limit, remove, label, downrank, restrict, preserve for review, or report User Content when we believe it violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, law, platform rules, app-store rules, privacy expectations, or user safety.
Logit may suspend, terminate, limit, block, mute, remove, or eject accounts or content when needed to protect users, prevent abuse, enforce policies, comply with law, preserve platform integrity, or respond to app-store UGC obligations. Severe or repeated violations may lead to account termination and future account-creation limits.
Users can report objectionable content, abusive users, privacy violations, unwanted contact, impersonation, rights violations, unsafe behavior, or platform abuse through in-app report controls where available or by emailing logit@logit.social. You must submit reports and appeals in good faith and must not misuse reporting, blocking, appeals, or support paths to harass, silence, or retaliate against others.
Blocking a user in supported feed, person, and message surfaces removes or hides that user's content from your visible feed or experience as soon as the app refreshes. Muting limits future notifications or thread visibility where supported. Some shared-thread, audit, legal, moderation, deletion, or safety records may remain visible to Logit or other authorized participants where needed.
For App Store UGC obligations, Logit targets review and appropriate action on objectionable-content reports within 24 hours where sufficient information is available, including removal of violating content and account action where warranted. Logit is not a crisis service and does not promise 24/7 emergency monitoring.
Where appropriate and practical, Logit may provide notice or appeal paths for moderation decisions. Logit may withhold details when disclosure would risk privacy, security, safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Logit may offer Learn guides, templates, packs, quests, levels, challenges, creator workspaces, bundle releases, source content, enrolled-member copies, quest journals, pack enrolments, community-safe wins, evidence submissions, creator analytics, catalog search, recommendations, verification labels, and related Marketplace or discovery features.
Unless separate creator terms say otherwise, creators keep ownership of creator-authored content they submit, but grant Logit and enrolled members the rights needed to host, review, moderate, validate, publish, preview, distribute, update, copy, materialize, translate, display, recommend, support, export, and operate that content inside Logit.
Creators are responsible for their submissions. Creator content must not make unsafe medical, clinical, legal, financial, tax, home-safety, vehicle-safety, nutrition, fitness, parenting, caregiving, crisis, cure, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed-outcome claims. Creator content must not force social sharing, require unreasonable evidence, exploit vulnerable users, or bypass privacy, export, deletion, moderation, or support controls.
Marketplace publish and update submissions may be checked by content moderation before they are posted or updated. If moderation rejects the submission, or if moderation is unavailable and Logit cannot safely complete the check, the Marketplace content will not be posted or updated and Logit may send a notice to your Private Circle explaining that it failed content moderation and could not be posted or updated.
Marketplace content cannot be shared with Logit Social as the target Circle or recipient. The official Logit author account may publish or share Marketplace items to supported normal-user audiences, such as selected users or broader audience modes if those modes are available, but Logit Social remains reserved for support, bugs, feature requests, account help, announcements, and official follow-up.
Enrolled members are responsible for deciding whether a pack, quest, guide, template, or creator suggestion fits their situation. Starting a pack or quest may create or suggest ordinary Logit objects such as journals, goals, tasks, habits, focus sessions, reminders, or reflections. You may need to review, edit, keep, pause, archive, leave, or delete those objects.
Pack and quest updates may change source content, cadence, reminders, evidence requirements, privacy defaults, social support suggestions, or materialized items. Logit may require enrolled-member review before material changes affect existing user-owned objects.
Logit may remove, unpublish, limit discovery of, or stop future materialization from creator content, packs, quests, or templates that violate these Terms or create risk. Removing source content does not necessarily delete user-owned copies, historical progress, shared records, exports, or records retained for safety, legal, audit, or operational reasons.

AI-assisted product features and external AI model integrations may be disabled, preview-only, or limited. Future AI-assisted features may include prompt suggestions, journal summaries, retrospective drafts, image or media summaries, context enrichment, action suggestions, pack recommendations, search support, moderation assistance, and other reviewable drafts.
Unless Logit says otherwise in an updated Privacy Policy or feature disclosure, user-submitted private content is not used by Logit to train general AI models. If Logit materially changes AI training, model-evaluation, provider, retention, or opt-out practices, Logit must update relevant policies and product controls before relying on the changed practice.
AI or automated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsafe, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. You must review and edit generated prompts, summaries, action suggestions, auto-journals, context labels, recommendations, or drafts before saving, sharing, relying on, or sending them. Logit does not promise that AI or automated features will detect emergencies, diagnose problems, moderate all abuse, or produce correct advice.
You may not use AI or automation with Logit to scrape data, generate spam, impersonate people, create abusive content, infer sensitive information about others, bypass safety controls, or train models on private Logit content without permission.

Logit may allow you to upload or import profile images, journal media, message attachments, task evidence, GIFs, links, calendar context, map/place context, device settings, notification preferences, sign-in provider data, or other third-party-service information.
You must have permission to upload or import the content and to share it with the selected audience. Do not upload malware, hidden tracking, non-consensual intimate content, exploitative content, copyrighted content you cannot use, or content that reveals another person's private information without permission.
Third-party services, SDKs, stores, identity providers, calendar providers, map providers, media providers, notification services, analytics tools, support tools, cloud providers, and external websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. Logit is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
Google Calendar connection is optional and read-only. When you choose to connect it, you give Logit permission to use the Google Calendar access you authorize for the limited purpose described in the Privacy Policy: showing selected calendar events in today's plan and helping you focus, journal, or reflect about those events inside Logit. Logit does not create, edit, delete, move, or invite people to Google Calendar events.
If a third-party integration is disconnected, unavailable, rate-limited, misconfigured, or changes its terms, Logit may limit, disable, or change the related feature.

If you send ideas, suggestions, comments, bug reports, feature requests, support messages, survey answers, or other feedback, you grant Logit permission to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential information, trade secrets, passwords, one-time codes, provider tokens, private journal entries, or message bodies through email unless support gives you a safer handoff.
Support messages may be handled by email or support tooling. Logit may retain support records for legal, safety, audit, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons as described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.

Logit owns or licenses the Service, including software, designs, brand marks, logos, page layouts, generated public assets, documentation, templates, taxonomies, prompts, feature names, product flows, code, databases, and other materials that are not User Content.
You may not use Logit's name, logos, brand assets, screenshots, product copy, data, templates, prompts, or design elements in a way that suggests endorsement, misleads users, copies the Service, competes unfairly, violates brand rules, or infringes Logit's rights.
Logit respects intellectual property rights. Send copyright, trademark, or other rights complaints to logit@logit.social with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing content, your rights, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. Logit may remove or restrict content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

You must not probe, scan, attack, disrupt, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with Logit systems, accounts, networks, providers, app-store flows, moderation queues, APIs, storage paths, signing keys, feature flags, telemetry, or access controls.
Keep your device, account, sign-in method, email, and recovery methods secure. Notify Logit if you suspect unauthorized account access, suspicious activity, exposed credentials, or a security issue.
Security research must be conducted only with permission and without accessing, modifying, exfiltrating, or disclosing other users' data.

You can request deletion through Settings -> Data & account -> Delete account, the public account deletion page, or support if you cannot sign in.
Account deletion and newsletter opt-out are separate choices. If you want to stop The Life Rings Letter as well as delete your account, use the unique unsubscribe link in a letter, enter the receiving email address on the unsubscribe page, or contact support. Logit may retain the minimum consent and suppression record needed to honor an unsubscribe and prevent accidental marketing resubscription.
Deletion is designed to remove or anonymize account-owned data controlled by Logit while preserving other users' data, shared-thread integrity, audit records, legal records, moderation records, safety records, support records, backup records, store records, payment records, and operational records where needed or required.
Shared content, messages, Circle records, event records, creator catalog records, enrolled-member copies, reports, moderation records, exported files, screenshots, content retained by other users, and records controlled by third parties may continue to exist after deletion where allowed by law and policy.
Supported export surfaces may vary by feature. Some exports may omit media bytes, operational logs, moderation records, security records, internal notes, other users' information, derived analytics, or content Logit cannot disclose for safety, privacy, legal, or platform-integrity reasons.

Logit may add, remove, change, suspend, limit, rename, merge, split, or discontinue any part of the Service, including preview, beta, phased-release, roadmap, AI, creator, marketplace, notification, integration, or community features.
Preview or beta features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, rate-limited, region-limited, removed without notice, or subject to additional rules. Do not rely on a preview feature as if it were guaranteed, final, or permanent.
Logit may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements, store rules, product scope, provider relationships, or business structure changes. The current version will be posted at logit.social/help/terms. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. If you continue using Logit after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
logit mobile app
You may stop using Logit at any time and may request deletion as described above.
Logit may suspend, terminate, restrict, limit, block, or refuse access to the Service or any feature if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the Service, infringed rights, broke the law, evaded enforcement, abused support or reports, failed eligibility requirements, or if continued access would create security, legal, operational, platform, store, payment, or user-safety risk.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including sections about User Content licenses, shared content, creator content, feedback, intellectual property, account deletion and retention, enforcement, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, governing law, and general terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Logit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Logit does not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, accurate, current, suitable for every person, or available in every region, store, platform, device, language, or feature configuration.
Logit does not control and is not responsible for User Content, creator content, third-party content, third-party services, user conduct, external links, app-store platforms, provider outages, network failures, or actions taken by other users outside the Service.
Logit does not promise that prompts, summaries, reminders, recommendations, packs, quests, routines, habit suggestions, focus sessions, Life Ring insights, relationship-support loops, AI outputs, media summaries, calendar context, map context, or creator content will achieve any outcome or be appropriate for your situation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights, guarantees, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including non-excludable consumer guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logit and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, expected savings, business interruption, or emotional distress arising from or related to the Service, these Terms, User Content, third-party content, third-party services, account access, moderation, enforcement, deletion, AI outputs, creator content, or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logit's total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of AUD $100 or the amount you paid Logit for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Logit and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, contractors, and licensors harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, creator content, commercial use, breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, violation of law, infringement of rights, unsafe claims, or use of the Service on behalf of another person or organization.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Logit's own breach, negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you have a dispute with Logit, contact logit@logit.social first so we can try to resolve it informally. Include your account email if relevant, a description of the issue, the outcome you are seeking, and any non-sensitive evidence.
Subject to non-excludable consumer rights and mandatory local laws, these Terms and your use of Logit are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts located in New South Wales, Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory local law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Logit for the Service, except for any additional terms that apply to specific features. If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect and the invalid part will be limited or modified to the minimum extent needed.
Logit's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer your account or rights under these Terms without Logit's written consent. Logit may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of business structure, financing, or by operation of law, subject to applicable law.
Headings are for convenience only. Translations, summaries, help copy, reviewer notes, store metadata, screenshots, and marketing copy do not replace these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and shorter summaries, these Terms control.
For questions about these Terms, email logit@logit.social.
