Choose a Habit You Can Return To
Start small and choose a rhythm that fits your week.
On this page
Choose something small enough for an ordinary week. It does not have to be daily.
For example: “After evening tea on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, read two pages.” The cue gives you a starting point; reading more is optional.
After a week, adjust what did not fit: the cue, size or schedule. You can pause and return. There is no fixed number of days that guarantees a habit will form.
Finishing one book can be a goal; reading can continue afterwards as a practice. Either can stand alone.
