Exercise logs are private journal entries; Logit gives no training, medical, or injury advice and shows no records, streaks, or scores.

You can log one exercise without a training schedule. Look for Exercise log in the journal's Health templates. Workout-day and history controls need the enabled Act experience; if absent, use the standalone template or write a note.

Exercise logs start private. Logit gives no training, medical or injury advice.

Log one exercise in your journal

  1. Open Reflect → Add event → Health → Exercise log.
  2. Enter the exercise name and a row for each set. Add reps and weight, or the time/distance appropriate to the exercise. Effort is optional.
  3. Check the date, minutes, life area, Life Ring and audience. Add a note if useful.
  4. Save, then reopen the journal entry to check the exercise and sets.

This records one exercise; it does not create a practice or complete a whole workout. Use Workout for a whole-session journal record. Older gym-day entries remain in history.

Optionally use workouts on practice days

On a practice's Next 7 days, choose the offered workout's Use action, or Use a template from the day's menu. Keep other workouts under Templates, including your own.

The optional Six-day training week starter has push, pull and leg sessions Monday–Saturday, with Sunday rest. Its 7 am, hour-long schedule is editable; it is not a required training recommendation.

Morning workout rotates through Chest & triceps, Back & biceps, Shoulders & abs, Legs and Cardio. Stretch & mobility rotates through three timed routines. Next up follows the last workout used; a skipped day leaves it waiting. Under Templates, choose Do this one next, reorder, remove or add workouts to change the rotation.

Log Each Exercise

Tick an exercise in a workout to open its log. Review the target and prefilled sets; Use last time's sets restores your previous set pattern. Adjust reps, weight, time or distance, add sets or effort if useful, then choose Save and mark done. Keep this exercise open saves sets without completing it.

Logs start in the units usual for your phone's region. Change units on any log; the device remembers your choice while you stay signed in.

Each log supports up to 30 sets. Tab moves between cells, arrows change values, Enter adds a set, and Command/Control+Enter saves. Closing entered work offers Keep logging, Keep for later or Discard. Kept drafts return while the app stays open, with Start over available. Until saved, the exercise is marked Not saved yet. These drafts do not survive closing the app.

When all exercises are logged, All exercises logged summarises the workout. Minutes recorded on exercises are not counted again when you finish the session.

See Your History

Open an exercise's history for its chart, equivalent table, latest note and session sets. Open a date to revisit that session, or Log exercise for today. History uses your Exercise logs across workouts, without storing them twice.

If this did not work

Keep a failed save open and retry. Check the journal before creating a replacement. Local kept drafts do not promise cross-device recovery; unavailable workout history does not mean a saved journal entry was deleted.

Next steps

Make a workout template or connect exercise imports.
