Talk to Loggy

Speak a message, pause live conversation, or review a voice event.

2 min · Checked 2026-10-17

Platforms: Devices with supported microphone and speech playback; typing remains available

Voice needs a supported device, microphone access and available requests.

Voice is optional. Pause closes the microphone; proposed changes need a confirmation button.

Open Loggy
On this page

Open Loggy and use the microphone for a message, or Talk live for a conversation. You need microphone permission and available requests; type instead if voice is unavailable.

Send One Voice Message

  1. Open Loggy and tap the microphone. Grant microphone access if you want to use voice.
  2. Speak, then tap the microphone again to stop and send. It also stops after two minutes.
  3. Read the reply. If it proposes a change, review the details and press its confirmation button. Saying “yes” does not save it.
  4. Open the saved record to check the result.

Spoken words appear as text in your private chat. Voice input is not kept as a recording. Chat messages expire within seven days; saved events and personal memory have separate controls. Neither voice mode records in the background.

Have A Live Conversation

Talk live listens between replies and during playback so you can interrupt. Speak over a reply or choose Interrupt. Pause closes the microphone; close the screen to return to chat, or choose Type instead.

Leaving Logit pauses the conversation. Returning does not reopen the microphone. Final exchanges also appear in chat. Review proposals in their sheet; a full journal editor may take you back to chat before saving.

Choose an installed voice if you want. Additional voices may need downloading through your device's speech settings; voice samples play locally.

Speak one journal event

For a dedicated event draft, open Reflect → Add event → Auto journal → Speak a journal event. Choose Start speaking, then Stop and create draft. Read the transcript; use Try again or Review event.

Check the date, minutes, life area, Life Ring, template and Private visibility. Add reflection or choose Reflect later, then Save event or the offered Save and reflect later. Reopen the saved event. Stopping a recording alone does not save it.

The event keeps reviewed text, not raw voice. Voice attachment is a separate control for deliberately keeping audio.

Use Your Phone's Assistant

Where offered in Self → Settings, open the Siri or Google Assistant and Gemini section. Choose Enable, review the device prompt, then check status. Disable ends it; Retry status checks again. Denied access may need a change in device settings. Unsupported or unavailable does not mean connected.

The phone assistant may return you to Logit for review. This is separate from ChatGPT or Claude connections.

If Audio Stops

  • Check microphone permission and whether another app is using audio.
  • Check the last reply or saved record before repeating an uncertain request.
  • Use Type instead if recognition or playback fails.
  • Follow the allowance shown in your account. The default tier includes 5 voice drafts a day and 20 monthly requests; reaching a voice limit does not itself block typed requests within the monthly allowance.
