Manage Loggy Memory and Privacy
Find the right control for remembered details, chat and answer ratings.

Chat, remembered details and answer ratings have separate controls. Personal memory is not enabled by default. Follow memory steps only if What Loggy remembers is available to you.
Choose the control for what you want removed

Chat messages expire within seven days. Forgetting memory does not delete chat or a source journal. Chat does not keep attached photos or voice recordings; photo journal events have their own storage choices.
Personal Memory, Where Available
- Open What Loggy remembers and select the detail.
- Correct it or choose its forget action. Inspect the proposed change and choose Confirm.
- Reopen the list to check the result. Use Pause memory if you want to stop automatic updates and use without deleting details.
You can also ask Loggy to remember, change or forget something. Changes and forgetting still require a confirmation button. From a watch or phone assistant, open the Logit app to change or forget details.
Where enabled, memory can retain context automatically from completed requests. Loggy checks current records for changing facts; remembered intentions are not proof of completion. If facts conflict, choose the current detail or leave the choice for later. Memory does not turn on optional feedback sharing.
Feedback And Help Improve Loggy
Help improve Loggy is off by default. You can still rate a reply with thumbs up, thumbs down or Unsafe; ratings stay in Logit while sharing is off.
When enabled and available, Google Feedback Service can receive a rating, category and opaque conversation references. This does not send chat text, journals, photos, audio or transcripts. Turning sharing off keeps local ratings and queues deletion of forwarded feedback; remote deletion can take time. Ratings are removed with their source turn or account.
If this did not work
If a memory update is pending or uncertain, refresh the list and check the account before repeating it. Unavailable memory controls do not mean memory is active. Contact support with the symptom, keeping remembered details and journal text private.
