Ask Loggy for Help

Ask for one entry, review the proposal and check what saved.

Review the proposal and use its confirmation button before saving changes.

Open the Loggy tab and ask for one private journal event. Loggy can prepare a proposal; saving is a separate decision.

You need to be signed in and have requests available. If Loggy is unavailable or you reach its allowance, write the event by hand.

Try one request

1. Type “Help me log a ten-minute walk I took today. Keep it private.” Send the message.
2. Answer any question needed to complete the draft. Use the offered date or duration control when useful; choosing an answer does not approve the event.
3. Read the journal review. Check the event text, date, time zone, Health life area, Act Life Ring and 10 minutes. Remove anything you did not mean to include.
4. Check the audience and any proposed people or actions. A person tag is private context; sharing is a separate choice.
5. Use the review's save or confirmation button only when it is correct. A reply in chat is not proof of saving.
6. Choose Open saved journal when offered and verify the saved event. You can stop with the reflection alone.

If you want a correction, use Keep editing or describe the correction before confirming. Cancel edit keeps the original proposal. When Reload draft appears, use it to verify the current draft before approval.

Choose what to do next

Use voice, use photos, or create an action. For evidence behind an answer, open Sources, then the named record. A limited search does not prove an event is absent.

For journal searches, Load more sources continues the same journal, view and search. Change the displayed dates or choose Clear dates to refine that selection. An empty page can still have more results. If the journal view changed, reopen it before continuing.

For supported phone-assistant setup, status checks and handoff back to Logit, use Talk to Loggy. A spoken command is not proof of a saved change.

Review the form and answers

Describe both the activity and its subject: “watched a TV series called…” can select the media template with TV show and its name filled in. Review the form and every answer; details you did not supply stay open for you. Saved answers keep the form you reviewed even if its reusable template changes. Clearing an answer keeps it cleared.

Use natural wording, such as “I went to Outpour Church for a Malayalam service.” Loggy looks for Place of worship visit and asks for the details that form needs. In a story with several activities, answer each highlighted question in the review. Required answers must be complete before saving; optional questions can stay blank.

If the activity could fit several forms, choose the life area and a journal template. Use Freeform for this entry is an explicit choice when a form does not fit. If templates could not load, retry rather than saving a different kind of entry.

For something you want to start, describe the intended practice or achievement instead: “I want to make worship a weekly practice.” Loggy searches action templates. Recipes, workouts and your own templates may open Templates so you can review exactly what they add.

Requests and privacy

The allowance shown in your account is the authority for remaining requests. Reading and confirming the same saved draft do not start another request. Resend last prompt starts a new request; select photo attachments again when needed. Unsent text and unfinished forms are not synced drafts.

Chat messages have a retention window of at most seven days. Saved journal events and personal memory have separate lifecycles. Memory can retain context from completed requests automatically where enabled; action review does not control it. Use memory controls for that choice.

If this did not work

• The request repeats a question: use its picker or edit the draft summary. Add am/pm if a time is ambiguous.
• An answer has no source link: look for Source link unavailable and check the record in its owning area; do not treat the answer as verified evidence.
• Saving reports partial success: follow Saved — check follow-ups and open the saved entry before retrying. A failed follow-up is not a failed journal save.
• You confirmed but the result is uncertain: use Check save status when offered. It checks the original submission without saving again. Return with the same account to recover an interrupted confirmation; an unknown or still-running result is not permission to resend. Inspect saved records before making another request.
• The save is explicitly retryable: use the retry offered after Loggy confirms no change was written. A partial save has its own recovery; do not start the whole change again.

You can ask a question without saving anything. Saying “yes” does not press a review button. External assistants have different write permissions.

Why is Loggy asking for more template answers?

The selected form needs those details. Answer the highlighted questions or change your template choice before saving. Loggy keeps the source description and your earlier answers.

Can I still use Freeform?

Yes. Choose Use Freeform for this entry, or explicitly ask “Log a freeform note: …”. Review the entry before confirming it.
