- Write one private note
Your journal is the root of Logit. It gives you a place to tell the truth before anything becomes an action, reminder, or shared ask.
Use This When
- Something happened and you need to put it somewhere safe.
- A feeling needs language before a plan.
- You want evidence for your Life Rings without sharing your inner life.
What Stays Private
A private note is visible only to you unless you choose to share selected context. Sharing should always show the audience before it leaves your private space.
One Thing To Do Now
Write three lines:
- What happened?
- What did it bring up?
- What might need care?
The Reflection Loop
In short: a moment becomes a private note, the note creates signal, and you choose whether to keep it private, act, learn, or share selected context.

Sharing From Reflection
Before sharing, check:
- Who can see this?
- Why am I sharing it?
- What do I want from them: witness, remind, or follow up?
- Would keeping it private be safer or clearer?
Why This Matters
Private reflection protects honesty. You can understand the moment before deciding whether it belongs in action, learning, or support.
