Three Ways To Get The Day Into Logit
Write it yourself, say it to Loggy, or connect the tools that already know your schedule and your movement — and know exactly what each one does and does not do.
- 5 min
- get the day written down
- Pick the way that fits the day you have had, then check what it will and will not do on its own.

- Pick the way that fits the day you have had, then check what it will and will not do on its own.
- Safety boundary
- Nothing reaches your journal without you seeing it first, and nothing leaves your journal without a separate, deliberate choice.
Not every day has the same energy. Some entries are worth sitting down for. Some are easier spoken on the walk home. Some should not cost you anything at all.
Logit gives you three ways in, and they all end in the same place: a private journal entry you can edit.
🎯 Use This When
- You keep meaning to journal and keep not doing it.
- You want the day recorded but do not want to type.
- You already track workouts or live out of a calendar, and retyping it feels absurd.
In short: however the day gets in, it becomes the same thing — one private entry that belongs to you and that you can change.
🖊️ 1. Write It
The one that always works, on every device.
Instead of a blank page you pick what happened — a workout, a hard conversation, a loss you are still carrying — and the questions are already waiting. There are more than seventy of these ready-made entries.
- Most templates set the life area and the Life Ring for you, so a five-minute entry still lands somewhere rather than into a void.
- You can add minutes, tag the people who were there, and attach a photo.
- Nothing to run down: no monthly allowance, no daily cap, no limits from us.
What it will not do: invent a feeling you did not write, or share anything.
✨ 2. Chat It
For when talking is easier than typing.
Speak it, photograph a page of your paper journal, or pick a few related photos, and Loggy turns them into one editable event for you to review. Every field is yours to change before anything is saved.
- Writing on paper still counts: photograph a page and Logit transcribes what you actually wrote, keeping the full transcription on the saved entry.
- Names you actually wrote or said can become people you can open later.
- The draft arrives with a suggested life area, ring, and duration — all editable.
- If the draft is wrong, change it or throw it away. Nothing is kept.
What it costs: asking Loggy something costs one of 20 requests a month. Photo and voice drafts are counted separately, at 5 of each a day, so photographing a page never eats into the monthly allowance. Reading a preview and confirming it do not cost another request. When you run out, Loggy says so plainly and the rest of Logit carries on.
What it will not do: save, share, or post anything on its own. Loggy drafts; you decide. It is not a therapist, it does not diagnose, and it does not give medical advice.
🔗 3. Automate It
For the parts a machine already knows. Availability follows the device you use, so here is exactly where each one stands.
| Connector | What it adds to a log | Where it stands |
|---|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Your events, read-only, for you to place | Available now |
| Apple Health | Finished workouts, with their real duration | Available in the production App Store app on iPhone |
| Health Connect | Finished workouts recorded by compatible Android apps and watches | Available in the production Google Play app on Android |
Google Calendar — available now
Your events appear inside Logit, read-only. Nothing becomes a journal entry on its own: you say which part of life an event belonged to and how long it really took, and only then does it join the record.
Logit never creates, edits, or deletes anything in your calendar.
Apple Health — available on iPhone
Finished workouts arrive as private exercise events with their real duration, and can tick off a matching movement habit for the day. You choose which workout types to import. Apple Health is available in the production App Store app on iPhone.
Health Connect — available on Android
Finished sessions recorded by compatible Android apps and watches arrive as private exercise events with their real duration. Health Connect is available in the production Google Play app on Android, and you choose which workout types to import.
What connected services will not do: blur the line between what a device recorded and what you wrote. Imported facts stay separate from your reflection, and you can disconnect at any time.
🧭 Which One Should You Use?
| If the day was… | Try |
|---|---|
| Heavy, and worth thinking about | Write it, with a template |
| Busy, and you are still walking | Chat it with Loggy |
| Ordinary, but you moved a lot | Let the connectors carry it |
You are not choosing once. Most people use all three in the same week.
🔒 What Stays Private
- Every entry is visible only to you when it is saved, however it got there.
- Loggy drafts are not saved until you press save, and a discarded draft is not kept.
- Connected services are read-only in the direction that matters: Logit reads what you allow and never writes back to your calendar or health service.
- Disconnecting stops future imports, and you can delete anything that already arrived.
✅ One Thing To Do Now
Open the template picker and search for something you have actually been carrying this week. If a template exists for it, that is the one to start with.
🌿 Why This Matters
A balanced life is easier to steer when you can see it, and you cannot see it if recording it is a chore. Three ways in means the record survives a bad week — the week you would most want to look back on later.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pick one way? No. Most people write the heavy entries by hand and speak the ordinary ones. People using the mobile apps can also let Apple Health workouts arrive on iPhone or Health Connect workouts arrive on Android.
If Loggy drafts an entry, is it still mine? Yes. Nothing is saved until you have read it and pressed save, and every field is editable before and after.
Which workout import do I use? Use Apple Health in the production App Store app on iPhone or Health Connect in the production Google Play app on Android. Workout import is unavailable on the web, where you can log workouts by hand. Google Calendar remains available on every device.
What happens when I run out of Loggy requests? Loggy tells you, and nothing else changes. Writing by hand has no allowance, so that way in always works.
Does connecting a service share anything with anyone? No. Imports land as private entries. Sharing anything from your journal is always a separate, deliberate choice.

If the answer is yes, take the primary action above. If you still need a person at Logit, contact support instead of sending private journal or message content through ordinary email.
