Self holds your privacy and account controls; it is the ringless home base.

Open Self for your profile, settings and private ring summary. Self is your home base; it has no ring target.

Find a control

• Hub: the four-ring summary and grouped notices.
• Profile: your name, photo and optional values and personality. Profile and preferences explains editing, appearance, units and time zone.
• Insights: recorded activity by life area. Check its dates and entries before interpreting it.
• Settings: connections, preferences, reminders, privacy and audiences, and export or account deletion.
• Configure rings: set or pause a target.

Privacy and saved changes

Editing your profile does not share your journal. Review the audience before separately sharing an entry.

If a control says Saved on this device, do not assume the change appears elsewhere. Devices, drafts and sync explains device-local and account state.
