Devices, Drafts, And Sync
Check account saves, device-local drafts, unavailable controls, and safe recovery across devices.
On this page
Check the saved status before switching devices or deleting an app. An unsaved draft may exist only on the device where you wrote it.
What belongs where
| Item | What to do |
|---|---|
| Saved journal event or action | Open it with the same account. A save can succeed while related updates are unfinished. |
| Unsaved composer | Finish it or use its keep-draft option. Do not assume another device has it. |
| Exercise sets kept for later | Restore them on the same device, then save the log. |
| Template-builder changes | Restore them on the same device. If there is a conflict, choose between the latest version and yours. |
| Questionnaire answers | Keep the session open; choose highlights and Save to Profile. |
| Saved on this device preference | Wait for account sync before checking another device. |
| Saved guide or reading history | Keep the link for another device. Saving a guide is not an offline download. |
| Pending photo import | Continue on the device handling it. Check saved results before restarting. |
If a control is missing
- Check the guide's device note and your app version.
- Check whether an update is available.
- Use the guide's alternative, such as manual journaling instead of Loggy or an automatic import.
- Contact support if it is still missing. Name the device, app version and control; do not send private drafts.
If another device looks empty
Check your account, save confirmation, date, filters and connection before recreating a record. Use missing-record checks.
Keep unsaved work before resetting or reinstalling the app. There is no general promise that every draft syncs or works offline.
