Use this reference after connecting exercise data. Apple Health works through iPhone; Health Connect through supported Android devices. Web cannot import workouts. Follow the status and permissions shown on your phone.

What You Can Control

In Connected health services, review automatic event creation, exercise types, minimum duration, manually entered workouts and the history range. Heart-rate summaries and retention are optional. GPS routes are not imported or stored. Connections read workouts; Logit does not write back to Apple Health or Health Connect.

Background checks and older-history access are separate optional permissions after setup. Leaving them off does not block basic import. Source apps and phone restrictions can delay checks; Sync now runs when allowed.

Where Is My Workout?

  1. Open the service's Sync Trust Centre.
  2. Check the last phone check, successful import, waiting records, permissions and any skip reason.
  3. Use the suggested action, Sync now, or Check the last 7 days when offered.
  4. Open the existing event or review before entering a workout again. Repeated imports update or link to an existing event.

Apple Watch workouts arrive through Apple Health on the paired iPhone. Compatible Android apps and watches write to Health Connect. Labels such as Fitbit via Health Connect preserve the source; there are no direct Samsung Health or Garmin Connect connections.

Reflect And Connect The Workout To Act

The Exercise Event offers optional reflection, energy and perceived effort. Not now leaves it unanswered; Don't prompt for turns prompts off for that exercise type on this device. Imported facts cannot replace your writing.

Choose Add workout details for extra fields appropriate to the workout. Strength or HIIT entries can include exercises, sets, reps, load and effort. A service fills only facts it supplied and cannot erase your set log.

Existing Workout Habits Can Complete Automatically

Existing active workout practices can complete an eligible occurrence when the day's matching imported minutes meet their planned duration. Sport-specific practices use matching workouts; general Workout can use all imported workouts. A recognised type, sport or workout name helps match them.

With no positive duration target, any positive matching duration can qualify. Paused or retired practices do not complete; permitted dates and required evidence still apply. An old imported workout does not guarantee backdated completion. Check Act to see the result. This reuses the Exercise Event as evidence; it creates neither a practice nor another event.

Review Additional Act Suggestions

Other suggested task or practice completions need confirmation. A confirmed goal link adds evidence without achieving the goal. Credit these minutes to Act separately assigns the existing event's minutes to Act; it does not complete another action. Linking several goals never multiplies minutes.

Updates, Duplicates, And Disconnection

When an import resembles a manual event, compare them in the review inbox. You can link them, keep both, ignore the import or use imported facts while keeping your writing. Where offered, undo the last decision, approve several review-only imports privately, or choose a preferred source for an exercise type.

Updates can refresh imported facts, but not your title, notes, reflection, tags, audience, attachments or a value you overrode. Use imported value again resets only the selected overridden field. Source deletion marks the source unavailable rather than deleting your history.

Disconnect stops future import and keeps events and notes. Reconnect reviews saved choices, confirms consent and asks the device for access again. It does not duplicate existing workouts. The offered While disconnected range covers up to 90 days; a longer gap is explicitly limited. Review or change the range before proceeding.

If permission lapses, Logit notifies you once. Restoring access lets it resume when you next open the app; you can also reconnect manually. An unavailable connection retains its reason and Check again option. Upgrading cannot grant a missing device permission.

Export, Retention, And Deletion

Open Connected health data to export records, sources, consent history and overridden values, or set heart-rate retention.

Delete imported facts keeps the journal event and your reflection. Deleting both facts and importer-created Exercise Events is a separate choice. Read affected counts and consequences before confirming either. Disconnecting alone does not delete your history.
