Search saved entries, reopen drafts and check missing records.

Search All Time Journal for a saved event. Searching, filtering and reopening do not change its audience.
Find an entry
- Open Reflect → List → All Time Journal.
- Search for a phrase or open Filter journal history.
- Choose the time, life area, Life Ring, person, Circle, place, label, goal or event type you need. Filters narrow results together.
- Open the matching entry. To edit, activate a writable value and save the change.
Editing changes the same original wherever it appears. Read-only or imported fields can have separate controls; seeing a record does not grant editing permission.
Combine Filters
Use Map for entries with locations and People for person-linked history. Missing coordinates mean no map pin, not a missing event. Viewing a map sends necessary coordinates to Google Maps. Old Tree bookmarks open Map.
Where offered, Trip / occasion builder uses Memory year and Occasion label. A place or grouped pin opens its Location Journal. Counts reflect loaded context; continue browsing for more history. A place label alone does not prove exact GPS coordinates. Clear map filters broadens the view.
Save a repeated search as a journal collection, with independently filtered List, Gallery, Map or People tabs.
Finish a Saved Draft or Reflection

Factual forms can leave Feelings and reflection closed. Photo and voice drafts offer Reflect later. Reopen the original event to continue; changed answers and revisit choices need saving.
Structured Drafts and Guide Notes
The separate Drafts → Resume draft opens structured writing. Review Track, Cadence, Starter packs and Active template. Save shared setup or Refresh shared setup aligns writing and quest choices, not entry audiences. Add or remove headings, text, images and video, then Save to Logbook. This is separate from unfinished event Saved drafts.
Guide handoffs creates a private note from guide context; Records opens captured evidence. Open today's journal returns to the daily notebook.
If this did not work
Before entering a missing event again:
- Check the signed-in account and the event's date and original time zone.
- Clear search and collection/view filters. Try List if Map has no pin.
- Check Saved drafts, Revisit and unfinished photo reviews separately.
- Retry loading or sync errors and continue older pages. A loaded page is not the full history.
Not found does not mean deleted. Search cannot restore deleted events. If still missing, contact support with the date, app version and symptom, keeping entry text private.
