Connect Ring
Life goes better done with other people — Connect gives a goal a room, and gives the people near you a smaller one.

- Safety boundary
- The Connect ring is a private care signal, not a public score.
Connection is healthiest when support is specific, chosen, and bounded.
Once you know your next step, the honest question is who else is doing it. Connect puts you in a room with everyone else working the same goal — and a smaller one for the people near you.
🎯 Use This When
- You want to understand the Connect signal.
- This part of life feels too loud, too quiet, or hard to read.
- You have a goal and doing it alone is what keeps stalling it.
- You want one next step without pressure.
🔒 What Stays Private
Your Connect signal is private. It does not expose your journal or make your activity public.
- Community Circles show a member count and never a member list, so nobody can read off who is working on what.
- Your own copy of a goal, and everything you write about it, stays yours. Ticking a shared item is the part the group sees — that is deliberate, and it is the only part they see.
- Joining a Circle is membership only. Sharing anything into it is always a separate, deliberate act.
- If you turn on notifications, Logit can gently let you know about Circle activity, a message, or a reminder. Notifications are always optional, and you can adjust or silence them anytime from Self.
✅ One Thing To Do Now
Choose one person or Circle, then name what kind of support would actually help.
Where Connect Sits In The Loop
In short: Connect is the part of the loop where a goal stops being solo — a room for the goal, a smaller room for your city, and something to reflect on afterwards.
⭕ What This Ring Covers
Relationships, Circles, discussions, messages, events, and selected sharing. Time you log against Connect is what fills this ring.
👥 A Room For The Goal, A Room For Your City
Apply a goal template and its matching Circle comes with it. All fifty-six goal templates offer one, with a visible tick you can turn off before apply. Named choices such as Basketball or Bible study lead to their exact canonical room. A custom Other answer changes only your private plan and uses a broad, server-owned fallback room; it never becomes the Circle's identity.
The connection works in either direction. You can apply a template and join its Circle, or search the public practice-Circle directory and join first. A joined Circle's Act tab then offers its exact private plan to add to your Act hub. Nothing is added automatically, and the tab shows when that plan is already in your Act hub.
Inside a Circle you get:
- Discussions — question boards with upvotes and one accepted answer, so useful replies stay findable instead of sinking in a chat.
- Shared action items — hold each other to the habits the goal depends on.
- A city sub-community — a smaller room inside the wider Circle for the people near you, so meeting up is actually possible.
- Events — join in person or online.
Some Circles are built for sensitive practice — a craving or a slip, grief and loss, worry, sleep, self-compassion. Those work differently on purpose: when you first use a matching journal entry, you are shown the room, told what it is for, and included by default with a visible tick you can turn off before saving. They are never split by city, and leaving is one tap from the Circle page.
🌿 A Healthy Signal Might Mean
- Something here is in rhythm.
- Something here needs care.
- This area is intentionally quiet for a season.
- You need rest, support, learning, or a smaller step.
🌱 Gentle Next Step
Reach out gently or keep the moment private. Both are real answers.
🌿 Why This Matters
The Connect ring helps balance stay practical. It turns a broad life area into one readable signal — and it makes company something you can choose for a specific goal, rather than an audience you perform for. No likes, no public scores.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Does joining a Circle share my goal? No. Joining is membership only. Your plan, your progress, and your reflections stay private unless you deliberately share something in.
Can people see who else is in the room? No. Community Circles show a member count, never a member list.
Does every goal template offer a Circle? Yes. All fifty-six do, but the review makes membership a visible choice and you can untick it. Joining never shares the goal or its plan. Sensitive Circles, including personal support rooms, stay global rather than narrowing to people in your city.
I was included in a support Circle I did not want. Those rooms are shown to you with a tick you can untick before you save, and you can leave in one tap from the Circle page afterwards. Leaving never changes or removes your private entry or your plan.
Does the city room mean people can find where I live? No. A city sub-community is a room, not a location on you. Sensitive practice Circles are never split by city at all.

If the answer is yes, take the primary action above. If you still need a person at Logit, contact support instead of sending private journal or message content through ordinary email.
